TicketHero

Terms

Terms of use

The short, plain terms for using this website and the booking demo.

Last updated 6 October 2026

About these terms

TicketHero is a Boostkit product, run from Kent in the United Kingdom. These terms cover your use of this website and the booking demo on it. By using the site you agree to them.

They are not an agreement to supply TicketHero to a venue. That is agreed separately, in writing, with each venue. If you book with a venue that uses TicketHero, your booking is with that venue and its own terms apply.

The demo

The demo is here so that you can try the booking flow and judge whether it would suit your venue. The public demo is for a made-up venue.

  • Bookings made in the demo are not real.
  • No payment is taken and no money moves.
  • A demo booking gives you no ticket, place or right of entry anywhere.
  • Demo dates, prices and availability are sample data, and we may clear demo bookings at any time.

A private venue preview is shown to that venue only, with an access code. Please do not pass the code or the preview on without the agreement of the person who gave it to you.

Information on this site

What you read here is general information about TicketHero. It is not advice, and it is not an offer that you can accept by using the site. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of mistakes.

TicketHero is under active development. Features change, and some described here are still being built. The roadmap shows what works today and what is planned. We may change or withdraw any part of the site or the demo without notice.

The assistant

Tiki-Taka, the assistant on this site, gives automated answers produced by an AI model. They can be wrong or out of date. Nothing it says changes these terms or commits us to anything. Check anything that matters with us through the contact form.

Do not type personal details, payment details or confidential information into it. Our privacy notice explains how questions are handled.

Acceptable use

You may use the site and the demo to learn about TicketHero. You must not:

  • try to disrupt, overload or damage the site, or get around its limits or security;
  • try to reach areas, data or bookings that are not meant for you;
  • copy or collect its content at volume with automated tools;
  • fill the demo with automated or bulk bookings;
  • misuse the assistant or the forms, for example to send spam, unlawful or abusive material, or to make the assistant do something other than answer questions about TicketHero;
  • enter another person’s details without their agreement.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Who owns what

The TicketHero name and logo, the design of this site, its text and the software behind it belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may view the site and share links to it. Please do not reuse its content, design or code without asking first.

Anything you send us through the contact form remains yours. You allow us to use it to reply and to work with you.

Our responsibility to you

The site and the demo are free to use and provided as they are. We do not promise that they will always be available or free of faults.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law of the United Kingdom does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects any rights you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be removed.

Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using or relying on this website, the demo or the assistant’s answers, or from being unable to use them.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We are not responsible for what is on them.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts there.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
