The steps, and who does each one
7 of these 11 steps work today. The others are waiting on card payments and confirmation emails, which we are building now, and each one says so.

Step 1: A first conversation
Tell us what you sell and how you sell it today. We look at where your visitors drop out and agree whether TicketHero fits.

Step 2: A private preview with your own experiences
We build your experiences, dates, start times and prices into a private page that looks like your website, behind an access code. You book a visit, run it as your team and check it in.

Step 3: Agreement in plain English
Price, terms and how your customers' data is handled, in writing, before anything goes live. No long contract.
Ready today
- You
Step 4: Connect your payments
We send one link. Your finance lead fills in Stripe's form so money goes straight to your own account. Stripe checks identity documents, so we start this on day one: it is the only step that waits on someone else.
Card payments are being built now.

Step 5: One worksheet from you
A single spreadsheet: experiences, ticket types, prices by date, start times, places per start time, extras, your terms and refund policy, logo and colours, and who on your team needs access.

- Us
Step 6: We build your set-up
We turn the worksheet into your live set-up. You do not build an account over a series of calls.

Step 7: Your messages and your tracking
The confirmation email and ticket in your words, and your sales reported to your own analytics. Where each booking came from is already recorded on the booking itself.
Confirmation emails work today. Reporting each sale to your own analytics is being built.

Step 8: Your team, trained in one session
Everyone gets their own login as an owner, a manager or gate staff. Then thirty to sixty minutes on the admin and the gate, repeated as often as you need.

Step 9: On your website, out of sight first
Two lines of code put the booking flow on a page nobody can find yet, so we can test it on your real site before your visitors see it.

Step 10: The go-live check
On a call, on a phone: one real booking on a real card, the email arrives, the ticket checks in at the gate, the booking is refunded and the money comes back.
This needs card payments.

Step 11: Live on one product, then a review
Start with one experience, not everything at once. We watch the first day and the first payout with you, and review a week later before moving anything else across.
This needs card payments.

What we will ask you for
Nothing here needs to be perfect. Send what you have and we fill the gaps together.
What you sell
- Each experience, with what is included
- Ticket types and prices, including any peak dates
- Extras people can add
- The largest party you take on one booking
When you sell it
- The dates you are open
- Start times on each date
- How many places each start time has
Your business
- Company details and ID for Stripe, from whoever runs your finances
- Your terms and your refund and cancellation policy
- Whether you charge VAT on tickets
Your brand and your team
- Logo and colours
- The address customers should reply to
- Your analytics and tag IDs, if you use them
- Names and emails of staff, and what each should be able to do
Already selling tickets somewhere else?
Your current system keeps the bookings it has already taken, and TicketHero starts clean on one experience. We do not run two systems against the same places, because nothing would stop them both selling the last one.
Where your money goes
Straight to your own Stripe account, which you own and can see into. We never hold it. Card payments are being built now; until they are live, bookings in the demo take no money.
