Every booking has its own start time, so your family goes round together without a long wait in the cold. Allow a morning or an afternoon if you would like to see the rest of the farm as well.
Your visit starts at the workshop door. When it is your turn, an elf shows your family through to meet Santa on your own, so nobody is hurried and every child gets a proper chat.
There is a gift for every child, chosen for their age.
Next door, the elves have wooden toys ready to put together and paint. They help with the fiddly parts and leave the colours to the children.
Each child takes their toy home. Grown-ups are welcome to pick up a brush too.
Follow the lights down the track to meet the herd. The farm team are on hand to tell you who is who and to show small hands how to feed them.
You can add a reindeer food bag when you book and collect it at the gate.
Both experiences include the workshop, the toy bench and the reindeer. The elf breakfast adds a cooked breakfast, the elf show and a printed photo.

Up to 6 guests can come on one booking, and every booking needs at least one child ticket. Under 2s come free and are not counted in your group.
Your ticket covers the rest of the farm for the day. Meet the goats and ponies in the yard, walk up to the top field and finish with a hot chocolate in the barn café.
