Most questions are answered on this page or in plan your visit. If yours is not, here is how things stand.

Demo Farm is not a real place

It is a demonstration venue made by TicketHero to show how ticket booking looks inside a venue’s own website. That is why you will not find an address, a telephone number, an email address or an enquiry form here: there is nobody on the farm to answer.

If you run an attraction and would like to talk about booking on your own website, the TicketHero team would be glad to hear from you.

Questions people ask

Can I telephone or email the farm?

No. Demo Farm is a demonstration venue made by TicketHero, so it has no telephone, inbox or office. On a real venue’s website, its own contact details and an enquiry form would sit on this page.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Bookings made on this website are for show: nothing is reserved and no real card is charged, so there is nothing to change. A real venue sets its own rules for changes and refunds, and they appear in the booking panel before you pay.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Not at the moment.

Can we bring our dog?

Assistance dogs are welcome. Please leave other dogs at home, as they unsettle the sheep and the reindeer.

Is the farm open when no event is running?

The farm opens to visitors for its seasonal events. The next is Winter at the farm, 28 November to 23 December 2026. Dates for the rest of the year will be on the Through the year page.

I have lost something at the farm.

On a real visit, lost property would be kept at the ticket gate. As Demo Farm is made up, your gloves are probably still in the car.

Ready to meet the reindeer?

Winter at the farm runs from 28 November to 23 December 2026. Choose your date and start time and book without leaving this website.
