Good to know

Who needs a ticket?

Children aged 2 to 12 and adults each need a ticket. Under 2s come free and are not counted in your party.

How many of us can come on one booking?

Up to six people in a family booking, with at least one child.

What is the difference between the two experiences?

Santa’s Workshop is the visit with Santa, toy making with the elves and the reindeer. Workshop & Elf Breakfast adds a cooked breakfast in the barn, reserved seats for the elf show and a printed photo with Santa.

When should we arrive?

Start times run from 10:00 to 15:45. Please arrive 15 minutes before yours so there is time to park and walk up to the barn.

Can we buy reindeer food?

Yes. Add a reindeer food bag when you book and collect it at the gate.

Is this a real booking?

No. Example Farm Park is a made-up venue used to show TicketHero. You can go all the way through the booking, but nothing is reserved and no card is taken.
